During my two months in France I have been immersed into the French culture and language, my language skills have vastly improved. Each day, I have a little more confidence when I’m speaking to other French speakers and I feel that people are becoming friendlier, especially at work!

About Amy Clark

Hello, Bonjour and Hola! I'm Amy, a languages student from Sheffield Hallam University. As part of my course I get to spend 18 months abroad, split between France and Spain. Earlier this year I lived in the south of Spain, and studied at the university of Alicante for 6 months which was an amazing experience. I am currently living in the south of France in Montpellier, carrying out my first 6 months work placement in the international department at Capifrance which so far, I've loved! For the remaining 6 months, I will be in back in Spain for the final part of my placement year; hopefully in Barcelona. I love to travel, see new things, meet new people and generally make the most out of the opportunities that I'm given!
